INTERNATIONAL VOLUNTEERS DAY; Southwest NYCN Leadership joined Godswill medical consultancy to organize free medical services to over 800 people.

The Southwest Leadership of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN) joined Godswill Medical Consultancy to organize free medical services to over 800 community members to commemorate the 2025 World Volunteers Day.

On December 5th, 2025, the National Vice President (Southwest), Comr. Kehinde Damilola Olorunjube, alongside the National Southwest Secretary, Comr. Musa Akibu, participated in a community focused outreach held at Sango Ota, Ogun State. The exercise aimed at giving back to society through a Free Medical Outreach, as well as campaigns against illicit drug abuse and child abuse.
Volunteers conducted a street-to-street campaign across Sango Ota, sensitizing residents on drug related dangers and the importance of safeguarding children. The outreach culminated under the Sango Ota Bridge, where community members received free medical services, including:

The National Vice President (Southwest) expressed appreciation to all volunteers for their dedication, commitment, and service to national development. He encouraged them to remain steadfast in promoting positive change across communities.

He further commended the convener and the entire team of Godswill Medical Consultancy for their continuous contributions to public health and community upliftment. The program concluded with the presentation of Certificates of Recognition to all participating volunteers.
