“With God's strength, every challenge becomes an opportunity, and every obstacle becomes a stepping stone to greatness” This resonated in my keynote speech as a special guest of honour at the 2025 conference of the Youth Wing of Christian Associationof Nigeria (YOWICAN), Ogun West on the theme “strength for exploit” held on Saturday 20th September, 2025 at Christ Apostolic Church, Oke-Isegun, Akinniku, Ilaro.

While emphasizing the importance of carefully selecting their social circle and leveraging their strengths to drive positive change in their lives, communities, and the nation, I dispelled the notion that a disadvantaged background is a barrier to progress, instead emphasizing that it can be a catalyst for developing resilience and determination with examples of individuals who have overcome similar challenges to achieve greatness in our region.

I informed the youth about various opportunities for sponsors, including support for well-behaved students in SSCE, JAMB, and scholarships for tertiary education. I concluded by urging those who have not registered to vote or have issues with their voter cards to take advantage of the ongoing INEC continuous voter registration exercise to register or correct any errors as we prepare for another electioneering period in 2027.
